The Golf Performance Centre Customer Care Policy

 

1. My Commitment

My goal is to provide elite-level golf instruction in an environment that is professional, encouraging, and result-oriented. I am committed to helping you reach your golfing goals while providing a seamless service experience.


2. Service Standards

• Response Time: I aim to respond to all lesson inquiries, messages, and emails within 48 hours (7 days a week) 


• Punctuality: I value your time. I will be ready at the designated lesson area at our scheduled start. If I am running late due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you immediately and ensure you receive your full lesson time.


• Professionalism: Every lesson will be conducted with full attention. Use of launch monitors, video analysis, and training aids will be integrated where appropriate to provide the best value.


3. Booking & Cancellations

• Booking: Lessons can be booked via www.stevenmcdonnellgolfacademy.co.uk. 

A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon booking(Check junk if not received).

• Cancellation Policy: I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

◦ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a charge of 100% of the lesson fee unless we refill the appointment.

◦ No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

• Weather: In the event of extreme weather for outdoor sessions (lightning, closed course etc), I will contact you at least 1 hour before the lesson to reschedule at no additional cost.


4. Communication & Feedback

• Post-Lesson Support: I will provide a summary of our session (video drills or notes) via messages/emails within 48 hours.

• Feedback: Your progress is my priority. I welcome honest feedback. If a session did not meet your expectations, please let me know directly so I can address your concerns and adjust our plan.


5. Complaint Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service:

1. Inform me directly: Most issues can be resolved through an open conversation.

2. Resolution: I will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session or a credit toward future coaching.
