Women On Par Success - 2021/2022

In 2021 I was approached by Ravensworth Golf Club to help design a pathway for lady golfers to 'Get In To Golf'. I liaised with their ladies captain Nikki Dodds to produce a relaxed coaching process with the emphasis to produce more lady members at the golf club. 12 sessions were planned over a 6 week period which included :-

-Introduction to the club

-Full Swing

-Chipping

-Pitching

-Putting

-Bunker Play

-On Course

-Game Management

-Rules/Etiquette

We also designed a pathway into the club which included current lady members being involved in the coaching sessions and also extra sessions inbetween the coaching sessions for the participants to come down and use the golf course facilities including clubhouse and practice facilities. At the end of the 6 week course they were given an option to purchase a beginners 'stepping stone' membership for £150. 

Over 20 ladies took up the option to purchase the membership. This was so succesful that I was asked to do the same in 2022. 

These 'Women On Par-Get In To Golf' sessions produced over 30 new members for Ravensworth Golf Club over a 2 year period.
